We want you to love your MarillaTreats tools. If something isn’t right, we make returns straightforward.
30-day return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email info@marillatreats.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
Drop off the package — refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving it.
Damaged or defective items
If a tool arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo within 30 days. We’ll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no need to return the damaged item.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, used silicone molds and piping tips can only be returned if unopened.
Clearance items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return.
