At MarillaTreats, we keep shipping simple: every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum and no surprise fees at checkout.
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. During peak baking seasons (holidays, back-to-school) processing may take an extra day — we’ll always email you when your order ships.
Because our tools are lightweight bakeware and utensils, no freight or special handling is required — orders ship in protected, recyclable packaging.
We currently ship to United States addresses only, including PO boxes and APO/FPO military addresses.
A tracking link is emailed the moment your label is created. If tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, email info@marillatreats.com and we’ll investigate.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo (for damage). We’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
